I purchased my 2019 Jeep from Coppus Motors, it was built to order. I've always had great service from the service department - basic maintenance, new tires etc. I use the car wash coupons that are given with each service. I won’t buy cars from anyone else 5 star staff best service I’ve received from any dealer for me & my family TY Coppus motors.
I purchased a vehicle that already had the ABS light on when I bought it. The dealership assured me that I could bring it back to have the issue resolved, and I was also told the brake caliper would be covered under warranty. However, when I brought the car in, I was informed there would be a $150 diagnostic fee just to look at it, and then an $867 charge for the brake caliper. Not what it used to be. The car washes aren't maintained properly, and sometimes just flat out don't work. Wemt to look at a car and the salesman (Ron) wss swearing like a sailor in the first few minutes.
