Very helpful answering my questions
I don’t usually do a five star review unless something is extra or beat my expectations. I recently moved my scripts to Pick n Save because I can’t get the medicine I need from the manufacturer requested. My usual pharmacy was not able to help and 2 other pharmacies in my area, I choose not to go to, so I called Pick n Save. Rude and condescending on the phone. Slow lines, staff is not very friendly. only reason I still use this pharmacy is because Walgreens is worse and there isn’t many other options in this town.
better than walgreens as far as having your prescription in stock, much much better than walgreens in regards to reaching a pharmacy tech on the ph, they answer like right away, what a nice change! And their phone lines have never been down that ive seen, i can always call them to ask a simple question. Their automated system for checking the status of a prescription is nice and easy to use.
