I own my own trailer in Coppolas I pay lot rent but landlord has been very nice, respectful and a great person one of my neighbors got loud one night an another neighbor complained on me an my wife thinking it was us mistakenly. But the landlord was very respectful when he let us know we had a complaint I didn't tell him it was my other Neighbor that was fighting at 1am outside.
