Edit: Very good experience - Jeff and Aaron were friendly and knowledgeable. Adjusted to 5 star based on my initial treatment and Jeff’s extra effort after being released to help guide my recovery and help ensure my Achilles rehab continued on track and stayed safe. That extra effort solidified the 5 stars for me.
This place ROCKS!
The staff is friendly enough, and as a practice, they are knowledgeable and helpful. They recive negative marks for the lack of signage directing new clients, the lack of a stairwell to get to the second floor, and the impersonal video check in. There is no receptionist, no staff to speak with, and scheduling is done the same. The lack of live humans is like telling your clients they are not worth your time.
