I've been coming to Sarah for a couple years now and she always knows how to handle any concerns or issues I have. Whether it's using hot stones or cupping, Sarah has had great ideas and tools to address any of my physical aliments or injuries from sports. If you want a massage therapist who is attentive and professional, I would recommend Sarah without reservation.

Sarah works wonders! Not only do I see and feel improvement with my chronic pain each time I go for a session, but I also just feel so much relief after a session, and my thinking’s clearer too. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

Sarah was great! She walked me through the whole process and what to expect since I’ve never done this before. I learned truths about myself and patterns from my past. I learned about myself and ways to help clear my major karma so I can move forward to a better future and become stronger spiritually. Sarah shared some the history and culture associated with the practice so I could better understand what was happening and why.

I originally sought Sarah out for craniosacral therapy, to help find relief from the severe headaches and neck pain I had been experiencing. By our second appointment, the headaches had all but disappeared! I leave our sessions feeling deeply relaxed and grounded -- they have become an important part of my self care/health care routine.

The craniosacral therapy Sarah provides is phenomenal. I always feel so much relief afterwards. I have made great headway in my healing both physically and emotionally after just two sessions. I can't recommend this enough!!
