Continuing my earlier post commenting what a good Physician Dr. Coppola is I just wish to mention so is his Nurse Halley. Fortunate indeed to have them as my caregivers.
Referred to this Dr… Went in for a 7am appointment with pain, and missing work so I’m not in a happy mood. Receptionist doesn’t say a word, I have to say hello, no smile no pleasantries nothing. Couldn’t access my insurance properly saying it was inactive when a payment was drafted from my bank acct 2 weeks ago for said insurance. Ok, surely she’ll figure it out. I had a colonoscopy done at age 30 because of some issues I was having. Said he took biopsies and would call with results. Two weeks later I never heard back, so I called them and his nurse checked and said it looked like I had “colitis.” I’ve continued having issues on and off since then but assumed since I never heard from them that is was nothing serious. Friendly staff. Nice building and comfy seating area. Very impressed by the Dr we ended up seeing, gosh a male young guy.
I have been going to Dr. Coppola off and on for about 15 years. He is so refreshing.....he's honest, yet a kind and gentle man. I cannot imagine going to anyone else! If you ever have these problems this is definitely the man you want to see!
