We bought a vehicle from here within six months. The transmission went out on it. They told us they had done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and we bought it in good faith. We will never purchase a vehicle from here again and we are cautioning all of our friends and family to stay away.
At first everything was ok with the truck when we first saw it. Some misleading information given over the phone, but still purchased after test driving. 9hr drive back home, was told it had 35” tires, they were 37”. Aryeh made my car buying at Copple cars the best ever! He's very knowledgeable, transparent, honest and took the time to find out what MY wants and needs for a vehicle were. I felt very confident when I drove my new ride off the lot! I would highly recommend Aryeh, if youre wanting that good car buying experience. Thank you copple cars and Aryeh for an amazing job well done!!
They have communication issues. We called what's interested in a vehicle and we were coming from out of town. And before we got there, we were told that it was rented out.We waited an entire week for it to come back. Come.\nTo find out , it wasn't even rented out.. we then decided to go look at the vehicle and was told it had brand new tires on it. And when we got there, it clearly did not have brand new tires. Go see with your own eyes at this dealership. Don't trust what they tell you.
William was amazing to work with! He got got me exactly what I wanted! The other staff are wonderful as well! We will definitely be bringing more business here!
