I hired Copperstate Lock and Security in January of 2023 to replace the locks in my home. They came to my house and verified the number of doors and the hardware sizes and then asked me to buy the locks up front for $2000. It took over a month to get the locks in. When they finally came out it took them 4 hours to discovered that some of the locks were defective and some were the wrong size.
