Horrible Experience at This Clinic – Avoid it at All Costs! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clinic and strongly advise others to stay away. 1. Unacceptable Wait Time & Rushed Appointments - I waited 366 days just to see Dr. Larry Cheung, only saw him two appointments, each lasting less than 5 minutes. 2. Rude and Unprofessional Front Desk Staff - The receptionists were really not only difficult to understand , but they were also incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. Dr. Sun is such a sweetheart! She’s a very funny, friendly and compassionate doctor. I’m so glad I found her. I’m currently struggling with some health issues and she’s been so informative, patient and kind throughout this whole process. Thank you to her and the lovely admin staff for everything you do!
I'm surprised at the negative reviews because my experience with Coppersmith Medical and Dr. Cheung was a positive one. I was referred to Dr. Cheung because I had what I thought was a suspicious looking mole. I arrived at the appointment early and was brought into the room almost immediately (even at the dentist I haven't experienced that!). Dr. Cheung came in a few minutes later.
