Avoid this place like the plague!!!! After calling the staff 3 times letting them know we needed a late check in, we arrive to get our key out of the lock box to walk in on a lady in a room on her own as the wrong key was provided. A year ago I stayed here and our door was opened at midnight by someone. We now know the same mistake must have happened. The venue manager was pretty rude and unwelcoming. Checked in on Oct 4, and the chips, apple juice in the room were used by April and June 2025 respectively! Also arrived at almost 1400 and room was not ready at 1400! This was a shame as the pubs restaurant food is actually good. But for accommodation don't bother better heading to the big chains up Clarendon St and surroundings
What a great find! We flew into town for the Grand Final and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed, and the beds were comfy. We’ll be back!
