My partner and I did not stay in a room, we are locals. We came here for dinner, and my partner tried their paella. Unfortunately it came out with raw prawns. When this was bought to the staffs attention, it was remedied but we were left feeling like we had our night ruined. We got a refund for the paella (thank you guys for that) but the lack of explanation as to what happened has left my fiance disappointed in coppersmith. TL:DR went out, tried the paella. Recommendation is not to go for it.
Raw batter in the fish and chips , was not even close to being cooked... Dont know how someone even thought it was cooked Paella was far from it...... shouldn't even be called one. Was over cooked rice in Soggy tomato from jar, no wonder place was empty , owner who was at the bat just got up and left when we sent food back ...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Excellent bar, restaurant and accommodation. Great location and lovely rooms.
All 5-star review because of the amazing live music, lovely staff, delish food (the chick parma was huge and look like a hill on our table). Great place to chill, enjoy dinner and still can chit chat while enjoying the music.
