After 3 attempts to reach out to them about their services with my golf cart over 2 months. I stopped in to see what was going on. The tech told me that he just got it charged yesterday and have several carts ahead of it still. I said ok and looked after a loaner they offered me the day before. Upon going to get the loaner 2 hours later. We were told it would take a lot to fix mine and they had one for sale. They couldn't say what was wrong with my golf cart or how much.
