Chad has always been great to communicate with. He’s fast, efficient, and really down to earth. Whether it’s handling work orders or organizing community events, he always makes sure things get done and everyone’s taken care of. I've been a resident here for 2 yrs. Shout out to Chad. He is very attentive to the residents and he always has a smile on his face. The activities are wonderful. Can't forget Dave #1 in maintenance.
