Chad is amazing, courteous, and is a constant professional. I really appreciated how he reached out and made sure the moving process was nice and smooth. Also the maiamtme guy Dave was fast and smooth and provided quick service for any problems I had in the unit upon moving in. If I could provide 6 stars I would!.. I'm happy to call the LUX at Stoughton home. This place is well kept and remains in pristine condition. Excellent service provided from the team
I love living here! Chad has been awesome, the best manager we’ve had in YEARS! Dave the maintenance guy is awesome, knowledgeable and quick with all the work orders. I am very happy here!
Nice apartments, nice grounds, friendly office staff & neighbors Also someone who doesn't live here is saying crap that's not true, there isn't loud music blaring or dogs going the bathroom everywhere or ppl throwing up in parking lot

Any time something needs attention, it’s addressed promptly and efficiently. Much of that is thanks to Chad—his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help make a world of difference. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home.
