I GIVE A CLEAR AND HONEST WARNING!! THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY ARE EXTREMELY CHEAP THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEND ANY MONEY ON ANYTHING UNLESS MADE TO. THE APPLIANCES ARE THE LOWEST AND CHEAPEST OF A BRAND. THE WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE ANCIENT. WHEN THEY HAVE ONE OF THEIR PLUMBERS REPLACE THE TOILETS THEY MAKE SURE THEY DON'T ADJUST THE LEVELS PROPERLY SO YOUR WATER BILL STAYS AT $80 TO $90 A MONTH OR MORE. NOW I'M JUST ONE PERSON AND DON'T USE THAT MUCH WATER. BUT THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME NOTHING WAS WRONG EVEN CALLING THE COMPANY.... read more
