It is the home I have been searching for and so excited to join the community. I am given nothing but respect from the office and staff when I interact with them. Chad has been a consummate professional going above and beyond what I expect.

Chad made my move super easy! I moved in a few weeks ago and I have no complaints so far. The community is quiet, neighbors are pleasant. I am very happy with my unit and amenities. Although I have not had a chance to participate in the community events, I appreciate the email reminders to attend and the flyers posted in the elevator.
I moved in to this property last year fall and up to this point there has not been any disappointments at all. Chad, from the leasing has been so great, professional and details oriented on your request from when I toured this property to this moment where I am about to renew my lease. Living here, has thus far be a best decision as someone who work home, no disturbance.
