The office staff are wonderful.
We have had a serious mouse infestation since January 2026, and it is now April with zero real resolution. This isn’t a one-off issue—this is an ongoing, active infestation that management has completely failed to fix. Instead of actually solving the problem (like sealing entry points or addressing the source), they’ve done the bare minimum—throwing down traps and poison while the mice continue to come into our unit.
