We had Jim build our home in2016 ,they were very professional and did a fantastic job. Jim came to our rescue after an other builder tried to build us a house thank you Jim! Welive in a beautiful home now you were there when needed a professional the 1st contractor made such a mess out of the house we wanted built that they ended up having to buy the mess and the property from me as No one would try to fix it wit out tearing it dow. I am extremely impressed with Copperleaf Custom Builders and the work they have done for me. I am an interior designer and have worked with builders and general contractors at all capacities over the past 20 years. We used this company to finish our basement, we got several quotes and their pricing was very fair and they understood our budget. Mike is an amazing guy and really respectful while working in your house. They did a great job, on time and on budget. We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.
Copperleaf built our custom home in Erie. I can highly recommend Jim and his staff for this process. There were no hidden costs working with Jim on a cost plus basis. He understands that the client and their wishes, come first, but also will lend his professional opinion in the decision making process.
