They are so nice a lovely here. The zen music is such a nice touch. I had the pleasure of having the office manager, Tori, and she was very helpful with my plan of care. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming.
I had an excellent experience at Valencia Advanced Dentistry and highly recommend their team. Dr. Shad and his staff were truly wonderful from start to finish. I recently had a deep cleaning done, and both Ursula and Jennifer (the hygienist) did an outstanding job. Much love and respect to the entire dental team at Valencia Advanced Dentistry at Copper Hill. 🦷🖤 Here’s why; as a redheaded kid, every time I went to the dentist I PLEADED with them, saying I could feel every single thing they were doing. I really enjoyed my visit. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole experience feel easy from the moment I walked in. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They answered my questions and made sure I had what I needed. I left feeling good and already planning my next visit.
