I don’t even live here but a friend does and she called me over to look at all the things going wrong in her apartment. I advised her to immediately call a lawyer as she is living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions beyond her control. The management Has done nothing to rectify these matters. Please reconsider before you sign a lease here.
I've been a tenant here for almost 3 years but since Carla has left and a new management has taken over (a little over a year ago) the tenants go uncared for. While I understand there is a pandemic going on that doesn't excuse long time work orders being taken care of. I watch apartments be moved out of over night and the next morning they're being fixed up for the next renter to move in, some as soon as the next day. The office does absolutely nothing about noise complaints. Even when your upstairs neighbors are loud at all hours of the night. People get shot in the parking lot, and people can back into your car with no repercussions. We pay a lot in rent every month and still deal with loud, disrespectful, and disruptive people. The office does not care about you. Save your money, and go elsewhere

I loooved my apartment! The only reason I moved is because I am a missionary and moved to Kenya. Spacious, quiet and cozy. A great location and place to live.
Don't move here if you value your sanity. The office screws up amd expects you to fix it. And the office is closed more than its open. The pool is always cloudy and dirty. Takes forever to get anything fixed. I've been waiting months for a dishwasher. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
Great place to live! Clean and quiet.
