I had an excellent experience with Copperhead Plumbing. They responded immediately and sent Garret out right away. He quickly identified and fixed the problem after my husband, who has a medical condition, had tried to repair it but unfortunately made the situation worse. What truly impressed me was Garret’s professionalism, kindness, and honesty. He resolved everything efficiently and, to my surprise, didn’t charge us. Very pleased with Copperhead Plumbing and technician Garrett who replaced an old, barely functional shower faucet with a completely new mechanism (and valve) that required cutting out some tile-- the hole was then covered with a nice looking plate, saving us from having to redo the shower tiling. Needed one (free) return visit (from Raul, who was very helpful and answered all our questions) in order to have the hot water mix readjusted.
