Boiler was making a noise thought it was coming from the gas valve. Called the company I previous dealt with and was told they couldn't get the part and that I needed a new furnace. I called Copperhead, explained my situation to Maria Cristina and she said she would look for a new gas valve and would send a Technician to assess. Two days later she called and said she found the part! In the meantime she supplied us with heaters. I can't believe how helpful and nice and honest Maria Cristina was. She saved us lots of $$$.
