We have a large cross dock terminal located in Mississauga. Copperhead has been our preferred vendor for a number of years. From the dispatching team (Tammy/Simone) to the entire plumbing team, thank you! There has been multiple "messy" situations where we are prioritized and promptly dealt with. First class team, first class service at a competitive rate.

my Baxi combi boiler stopped working during the coldest days of winter. I drive by copperhead all the time since I live in the area so we called them up. They came to troubleshoot, realized they had to order parts and shipping would take a week. They brought over 5 space heaters for us to use to keep us warm while we waited. Troubleshooting was more involved and required additional parts, but copperhead stuck to it and kept clear communication the entire time.
