Checked these guys out as I was looking for a new vet. One visit and I won’t be back First I didn’t like the attempted upsell to additional shots my cat didn’t need I booked a 2nd appointment a month out. When came time for that reminder call they didn’t leave me a message but they phoned Y emergency contact and left a VM ?!? By the time I got the message I couldn’t call to reschedule as they were closed To reschedule they wanted a credit card number to advance bill me $50. Sorry you are not getting my CC over the phone. They like to over vaccinate
The vet is absolutely phenomenal, kind, gental, and caring with your pets. Leaving out one star because some of the front staff are snippy, short, and unkind with you both in person and on the phone.
We recently took our puppy in to get neutered and we brought our own cone with us, which the clinic refused to use saying it was too small, and charged us for a nearly identically sized one. At the time, this wasn’t a big deal and we just cared about having the right size for our puppy. However, come to find out when we get home that he is able to easily reach and lick his incision with the cone they put on. At a bare minimum, I would assume that checking that the cone prevents access to the incision post surgery is part of ... read more
