Nick found and fixed a leak that required removing sheetrock in my ceiling. He removed only the necessary area with surgical precision and left it ready for the sheetrock and painter. His knowledge is impressively comprehensive. His price was fair and clearly explained and agreed upon before he started the job. Nick with Copperfield Plumbing was very professional and helpful. If they had a six stars, I would give them six stars rating. The staff was very nice. He was prompt and went above and beyond what was required.
We had a toilet stoppage affecting several homes on our street. Nick came out to assess the issue and determined it was way beyond the capabilities of his equipment....a city sewage/drainage issue affecting about 22 homes. He made all the necessary calls for us, went up and down the street checking and opening all the overflow pipes, and spent about an hour with us.
