Just had the WORST experience with the manager here. This office reschedules appointments without notifying patients. Don’t forget to make sure they ACTUALLY READ your chart. Make sure, I mean it! Because I guarantee they do not read it, they don’t seem to care to, which has led to malpractice not only involving me but other women I know that go there. I’m sick of being quiet about it. I struggle with panic disorders and they literally trapped me in a room for a few seconds because they didn’t understand my trauma and i refused treatment because of fear. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Have some compassion for people who have disabilities. I’m actually scared to go to another Obgyn because of what happened
Everyone is so personable and efficient! From the surgery all the way for discharge, I have no complaints. This is my second surgery here and only a year apart; remain to be fantastic!
