I had an 8am appointment, arrived at 7:36am and the front attendant told me they would not see me. I can understand if I arrived late, AFTER my scheduled appointment time, but to be denied to be seen when I was nearly 25 minutes early is absurd. Absolutely no regard or respect for the fact that appointments like these are scheduled months in advance. There was not a single other patient in the waiting room - I felt that they turned me away so they could finish their morning coffee and donut. Completely unacceptable.
Wasn't able to receive my x-ray. I am a self pay patient and was told i am unable to receive a good faith estimate which is an NC law. Check in employees said they didn't know what that was. When i explained i needed to know an idea of how much i need to pay employee laughed and said i should just sue whoever caused my accident.

I scheduled a visit for an HSG exam over the phone. Before I could schedule a date, I had to pay in full over the phone. No problem. I asked what is the amount for the full procedure? The lady on the phone says $857. I said ok, is that the full amount? I'm not going to owe anything else after I pay this amount over the phone, not later in the mail via a bill, or when I show up to my appointment? She said, no. I will never have do any of my personal business here. I work for a transportation company I brought a lady in to have an MRI done. Two of the staff were very nice but the triage nurse at check in was very rude. Lucky for her I was on my job because I really would have laid into her very RUDE and unprofessional self. Atrium you need to give hermor more people training.
