I was a customer for years all a sudden they asked for an updated business certification right when needed supplies but didnt mention it when placing the order so when I didn't get the order 4 days later and asked why thats when they told me. I had to scramble do you get other supplies to get this job done
I tried to set an account, they asked for an account number and I did have one so I could not get one
