The apartment we stayed in was ok. There was several problems. Old appliances that the leasing lady wouldn’t get rid of so we had to keep calling the maintenance man over. Had to call the fire department because there was an electrical issue with the oven which was scary. Not to mention the leasing lady wasn’t the nicest. We couldn’t renew our lease once it was up because she accused me and my boyfriend of smoking. I HIGHLY recommend living here. My 2 bed 2 bed apartment was super nice and spacious . Cheryl the manger was so sweet and helped me so much along the way !
I've been having water issues with my apartment for over a year. The air handler drips in the summer (which they do fix rapidly) the tub does not drain properly, still not fixed, and the refrigerator is constantly dripping, which causes mold, leaving the bolts rusting. With the rent I pay for a tiny apartment, surely someone can assuage this situation. I'm over it.
I HIGHLY recommend not even considering living in this apartment complex. This apartment and their management is the absolute worst. The property manager is rude and disrespectful. Maintenance is okay if you even get a response from management for repair requests. Pest control is non existent. Roaches can be found just about everywhere including in your oven, dishwasher, and cabinets.
