Jon was very quick to respond to our initial contact that was made and has been ever since. We came up for preview weekend and asked if it was possible to view an apartment that had the same layout that we rented and he made it happen. Jon has been quick to return my text messages and very helpful. After meeting Jon and talking to him we feel very confident that our kiddo has a great landlord.
I heard really good things about Jon and that's what drew me to some of his listings for the apartments. Especially since he had fair pricing, and decent looking places. However, after over a week of trying to contact Jon in multiple ways and only ever getting one email I gave up. I initially messaged the company's phone number expressing my interest in one of the properties they had availability in. I got a response within an hour (a copy of the message is attached). After stating I was intending to live with my boyfriend, I received no response. Following this, I attempted to get ahold of someone at this company for three consecutive weeks through multiple forms of communication (text, call, and email) and was met with nothing.
