Contacted May 3rd and haven't had any response as of May 24th!
They performed work at a property said they assessed all pipes during winter storm and found there are still pipes busted not addressed. Reached out to manager to get resolution. No response
By far, this has been my best experience! I am a business owner as well and I hope my customers are being treated this well. Not only was Sackett, the plumber, exceptional, the office staff was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend!!!
