I’ve been a member of this credit union for over 10 years. I have been trying to get a hold of them for two days. An automated message say they will call me back and has been saying that for two days. If somebody doesn’t get a hold of me by the end of today, I am closing my account. Totally ridiculous.
Copper State has gone down the tubes. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the bank and when Tom Wilkes gave me his ext. 8187, he left a phone number that does not allow you to punch in the number and the call center cannot transfer me to him. On top of it, the call center cannot see what is wrong with my card, but they keep denying my debit card and then making me wait 30 minutes on the phone to tell me it's not blocked. Had my account with them for years!! They switched over to a new app and banking system. For 3 plus working days no access to my money or notifications of email/text/etc on when it would be resolved. I called customer service 2 times with the run around. Went into the bank and no help either. Unreal how people that hold your money etc cant convert a new system in 24hrs to get access to your money. Note while in the bank several people trying to deposit money so checks would clear but they had no access to what was going on..... read more
I just opened account and I am really surprised how friendly and nice is the stuff at this branch. Stacey and Carolyn answered all my guestions, explained how to set up online banking and offered different options for a credit card. I am really appreciate.
