I’ve had my accounts with Copper State for decades. The service used to be great, but starting with the migration to the new banking system, I find that I am having both issues with the online banking as well as poor customer experience trying to use customer support. Very long response times to typed messages and also long delays to actual phone attempts to talk to a service rep. This location is great! The two ladies at the front are always helpful and efficient, and the manager is also really nice. I would recommend doing business here!
Stacey at the Arrowhead branch was very helpful in completing my transaction. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciate her friendliness.
