I’ve waited for more than 10 weeks now with my car PAID OFF!!!! And they never sent me my title and when I called them on the phone they said they cannot send me the title until they get confirmation that the cars paid off?? I even have the receipt showing the cars payment is now $0.00 which means I don’t owe them anything!! I do not recommend this stupid bank at all.
