Three years plus never missing a note. They took advantage of me at the worst time of my life….literally made a payment and a week later I get a call saying just give the van back. I was literally hooked up to an iv getting ready for surgery arguing with the inconsiderate rep! I've been with this institution for over 20 years, back before Copper State bought them out and it was Deer Valley Credit Union. Things have been downhill since then. This year they added a new system that has been riddled with errors and glitches, and any attempt to talk to a customer service rep is ultimately a waste of time. Either you're on hold for an hour only to talk to someone who won't even bother to look at your account, or you use the internal messaging system in the 'brand new' system that keeps breaking. Horrific communication. Cannot get ahold of this bank to save my life. I’ve tried 6 times throughout the week to get ahold of them via telephone and I wait 3 hours before I finally hang up. There was one time someone picked up the phone and hung up on me before I could speak. I can’t even access my account online or on this stupid duplicate app they forced me to download.
