Worked with Jose M. today at Copper State & Bolt in Tucson. Not only did the store have the hardware we needed for an important project, but the team was super friendly and professional. I made a mistake on the initial order placed over the phone and called back. Jose was completely understanding and took care of everything. Thank you!
Brought size of a bolt I needed. The person at the counter only told me no. When I looked in a bolt been not behind the counter I found exactly what I needed in the specific size I requested. Employee did not want to help at all and should probably be removed from counter.
