Jose & crew are top notch. They carry a lot of hard-to-find parts that you can't find in HD or Lowes. If they don't have what you need, they'll try & find it for you at other locations. Thank you!
On Dec. 17, 2024, I went to Copperstate looking for a special, stainless metric bolt. After Zack looked, he told me about McMaster Carr. He then went to their catalog, located the bolt, and printed out the page so that I could take the printed page. He did the same for a very special hinge I needed. Zack went well beyond the call of duty to help me, even when he knew that I wasn't going to buy from Copperstate. But, of course, I'm going to return to Copperstate because of outstanding service.
Very pleasant atmosphere
I cannot say enough good about these people. Unbeknownst to these people, I am a 100% disabled combat vet. I was met in the parking lot and was led in through a entrance that was clear and able to move my chair through. Once I was in there, even though I am a regular person, (not a business), I was treated with respect and not talked down to even though I did not know what I was talking about, and they helped me through the whole transaction with patience.
