A wonderful store I have an odd screw for an old cabinet. They did not have it, but they took the time to look up a company that had it printed me a sheet so I could go ordered at another company. Who does that anymore great Customer service large selection, Knowledgeable people and when you leave, don’t forget to grab a Chick-fil-A on the way to the freeway

On Dec. 17, 2024, I went to Copperstate looking for a special, stainless metric bolt. After Zack looked, he told me about McMaster Carr. He then went to their catalog, located the bolt, and printed out the page so that I could take the printed page. He did the same for a very special hinge I needed. Zack went well beyond the call of duty to help me, even when he knew that I wasn't going to buy from Copperstate. But, of course, I'm going to return to Copperstate because of outstanding service.
