Doug and Shawn are Rockstars. These guys are able to source just about anything I need in the course of residential custom building. Shawn has been a wealth of knowledge and understands fasteners very, very well. Doug's level of commitment to customer service, follow-through, and just being an all-around solid dude has me coming back year after year. They're my first stop for anything fastener related and always take care of me regardless of how annoyingly small and obscure a piece or hardware might be.
