I engaged many companies to try and fix a slate roof at my property in Rochester NY. Copper and Slate ended up coming through and provided an excellent and timely repair, and also helped me coordinate some other work that needed to be done on the non-slate aspects. Chris specifically from the crew was very helpful and professional providing updates and photos. I am very satisfied with my experience and very grateful to them and Chris and his team specifically. This company was wonderful to deal with. We have a 100 year old green Spanish barrel tile roof and detached garage that they expertly did some tile repairs on. The office staff were so kind, helpful, and responsive. The crew did a phenomenal job and explained everything so thoroughly. These guys are the best and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. The quality of work is top notch and the service and customer care is excellent.
