Original post was 1 star, edited to 5 because Tripointe was fast to respond, but now, about 14 months after settlement, I'm reverting back to 1 and I'll tell you why: I've been in a back and forth with NP Mechanical (useless HVAC contractor for Tripointe) and the disaster that is my AC and heating -- which has been partially functioning the duration post-settlement. Great staff Linda is amazing and helped me through my purchase process smoothly. Michael is always there if we find any issues (which was only 2 minor ones) and he makes sure to get workers to fix it immediately, literally next day they came.
