Carolina did a great job on my hair, but I was not prepared for the sticker shock. I can't believe that trimming short hair and doing highlights cost 160.02. Since I was just charged around $40 for two previous haircuts and styling, I couldn't believe add some highlights to my bob would cost $120 more. This is ridiculous. If this is how much color cost in Alamogordo, I will never have color again. I have never been anywhere that doesn't bundle the cut and color, so it's not so expensive. I was expecting $100 to $120. Norma was wonderful to work with! She made sure to ask my son several questions about what he wanted, and she was so patient with him throughout the entire process. He is so pleased with his perm, and we will be returning for a touch up before school starts!
Such a cute salon!! I was placed with Norma. Norma was absolutely amazing and a great listener! I am very picky about my hair and lately have not had great success with my appointments at other salons but I thought I would try Copper Rose out. From the massage chair to the wash and styling it was all wonderful! Book Norma you will not regret it!!
We brought our 9 year old who was struggling finding her style. We explained to Norma what we were looking for. She was welcoming and more than accommodating! Norma answered any and all questions our daughter had about what she was doing the whole time. The whole staff was polite and answered any hair questions we had. Our daughter says 10 stars!
