Their salmon is just the best!!!
The most amazing fish in the world! It feels so good to know the fish you are eating comes from clean water and is fished with sound practices!
The beautiful Coho fillets traveled over 4300 miles and arrived in PERFECT condition. I waited like a kid for Christmas morning for my package to arrive. Everything about the ordering process was FIRST CLASS from the communication with Sarah to the delivery. I couldn't be happier.
Our dinner yesterday was some of the CR sockeye we received a short while ago. It was absolutely delicious! With minimal seasoning of a light rub of EVOO, salt and pepper and baked in a slow oven until just opaque, it was heaven on a plate. We savoured every fresh, tender, juicy, sweet mouthful! We have ordered from another (much larger) complany prior to ordering from Copper River Fish Market but those days are over. This was hands down, the absolute best salmon we have ever had outside of Scotland.
