I got a family doctor here, and she's okay. The desk staff is horrible though. I booked a follow up appointment after my previous one, and when I showed up for it they claimed I never had an appointment. I have called twice over the past week because they haven't refilled my medications, and claim they were never informed on what pharmacy to send it to. Ridiculous service. Dr.Fareeha is no good. Sorry for such a harsh verbiage but she is not serious about her profession. I used to be her patient and I switched. My parents still go to her but will be switching as well. She made my dad wait for 1.5hrs for visiting her as his family doctor. And my mother’s sugar levels came high but no updates provided by the doctor. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would suggest don’t take your family there as she is not serious about any patients. How does this clinic confirm appointment time & let the patients wait in crowded waiting areas for hours especially aged seniors & small children? Who knows who is a carrier of disease that can easily catch by seniors & small children.
Doctors and staff was very nice
They need to get rid of their receptionist, she is horrible not professional at all and she does not communicate properly.
