Excellent service. Dentist would not do l unnecessary procedure or interventions. Dental hygienist is very detail oriented. Front desk staff is very professional and accommodating.
Dr. Neetu has definitely found her calling because she is the kindest human on the planet. She has gone above and beyond in every single way to make sure my problems are sorted. Selfless would be an understatement. Beyond grateful for everything she has done for me, personally, and professionally is just an outstanding human and healthcare provider. Front desk Lajya is also so Pleasant every single time we speak and is a genuinely caring person. It feels like family.
It’s Labor Day long weekend and I came from California to visit my Dad in Brampton. Over night I had a terrible pain in my back tooth. Called Copper Ridge Dental to get an appointment with the Doctor. Doctor Neetu called me right away and tended to me for 30 minutes even though the office was closed. I am so appreciative of Doctor Neetu. She was able to pinpoint the issue right away and was spot on with her assessment. Thank you so much Dr Neetu for your kindness and sincerity in care.
