If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I set an appointment as a new patient. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist blatantly lied and said that they tried to call twice the previous week to reschedule for two weeks out. I had no missed calls and no voicemails. "I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the therapy provided by Rafael Sánchez and Héctor Romero at Douglas My experience with them was disappointing for two main reasons: - I did not experience any significant improvement after the session. - Their demeanor during the therapy was distant and lacked warmth and empathy.
