The staff here is great. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. Zully is like an events coordinator on campus as she organizes special events for the residents, with arts/crafts, music and snacks for the kids 🩷 We always look forward to the upcoming events. Thank you Zully for all that you do!

I love this community they always have activities for family today 8/28/25 we had ice cream they had root beer float they had banana splits and sundays ice cream. And thank you copper point for showing us, that you guys care about your community.
I have been dealing with ongoing disturbances from a neighbor since day one of living here, and despite multiple complaints, emails, and documentation, nothing has been resolved. The disturbances happen after hours, often between 12:00 midnight and 4:30 a.m., which has caused me and my daughter to lose significant sleep and suffer health issues. The leasing office employees exhibit a lack of diligence and communication with tenants. While my experience was satisfactory until my move-out date, the leasing fees were excessively high. Throughout the lease period, access to the pool and gym was denied due to the pool’s phone being out of service for an extended period. Additionally, the gym opened only one month before our move-out date.
