We had the dreaded burst pipe from the defective Iplex plumbing at around 5:30 pm and contacted Copper Plumbing. Harry quickly arranged for Connor to attend. Even though it was after hours and already dark, Connor arrived within a few hours. I had my kids asleep, so I asked if he could give me a call when he arrived instead of ringing the doorbell.
