I was experiencing pain from a dental procedure from a different dentist that occurred 3 to 4 months previously. I went to copper Mountain dental and was treated like family. They took numerous x-rays to find out that the previous procedure was done improperly. We quickly scheduled another appointment and the problem was solved. No more pain! Dr Lindgren is amazing and one of the best dentists I have ever gone too! I’m constantly recommending him to others. I love his assistants and I absolutely adore his office/billing person, Marissa. Marissa has been amazing to work with for our appointments and working through our insurances. I’m so happy that Dr Lindgren found someone that is professional, and efficient at all her tasks. I recently visited this dental office for the first time and had a wonderful experience for several reasons: 1) I used their new customer discount and I was charged EXACTLY the new customer discount! I've moved three times in the past three years and the previous dentists always charged the new customer discount and then added charges for "we took a whole set of x-rays instead of only the ones covered by the discount" none of them told me they were taking extra or asked my permission to do so).
