Great apartment complex! I definitely enjoyed my time here and the staff more than living in military housing. Friendly staff, very helpful, good maintenance, definitely recommend for a first spot or a small family
I lived in Copper Mountains for over a year jun2025 to Dec2026, and the ONLY reason I left is because I moved to another state. Loved it there, the staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is always helpful. When my AC had issues, it was fixed and in a promptly manner. . LOTTA LOVE FROM LEO!!! I guarantee 1 star reviews are from competitors or the kinda neighbors nobody wants.
I am very disappointed with how Copper Mountain runs their business. I am military, recently divorced. Essentially I lost my BAH, and had no choice but to move back on post. Before resigning my lease in December to get me through the holidays I was told all I needed once divorce finalized was a memo from my unit and all charges would be void, as there is no other option.
