I moved out, swept and canceled my unit in Kalispell on the last day of the June because we moved short notice. I noticed the auto payment had already went through that day for July and the local rep called the next day and was super pathetic about it saying I should have read my lease agreement and that he didn't have to refund me the $175 bucks. He said it's a "real pain" to do a refund, (I'm sure it's grueling)... He agreed to refund me $150 and keep $25 because I'm sure it costs them $2.50 to run the card (if that). Then... read more
Renting from CLS was very easy. The unit was very clean. Checking out was also easy. They rent by the month but prorated my rental since I started mid month.
The unit is great. The sign up & move out requests are very easy.
Very nice facility and the owners are awsome. Customer service is great. We really enjoyed our experience here.
