very clean, safe, and easy to access storage unit. I had absolutely zero issues the year or two I was a customer. I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
It’s been a good experience and the people are easy and friendly to work with. It’s affordable and clean. I upgraded my unit and went bigger but stayed in the same facility. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to.
Copper Lion Storage provided a perfect storage solution for my family amidst our cross-state move. The facility was conveniently located, accessible, clean, and well-maintained. Communication with the facility manager was prompt, clear, and easy (we used text and email primarily). We will use Cooper Lion Storage again if future storage needs arise!
quiet, we were able to unload and load without being in anyone way, or anyone in our way. Billing is easy because it is all on-line.
I moved out, swept and canceled my unit in Kalispell on the last day of the June because we moved short notice. I noticed the auto payment had already went through that day for July and the local rep called the next day and was super pathetic about it saying I should have read my lease agreement and that he didn't have to refund me the $175 bucks. He said it's a "real pain" to do a refund, (I'm sure it's grueling)... He agreed to refund me $150 and keep $25 because I'm sure it costs them $2.50 to run the card (if that). Then... read more
