We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience tonight! The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect. We especially have to give a huge shout-out to our server, Liam, who was attentive, friendly, and made our evening so enjoyable. Everything we ordered was fantastic, but the loaded mashed potatoes were a definite highlight—they were rich, flavorful, and truly the best we've ever had. Went in for dinner and sat at the bar. Never experienced worst service from a bartender (Monday Aug25th). She was inattentive and rude - asked if I wanted another beer and immediately walked away without giving me a chance to answer. I understand being busy but being rude is a choice. Food is nothing special. Service is terrible. Location is ideal for the hotels. Oh well - keeps you from going to sleep hungry.
Visited Copper House Tavern twice recently, and both times were disappointing. On my first visit, I sat at the bar and witnessed staff yelling at and demeaning each other loudly, right in front of customers. The arguments were uncomfortable to watch and created a tense, unprofessional atmosphere throughout the bar area. I went back two days ago hoping for a better experience, but it was worse.
