We've moved in February 20th. The place was emptied out, but the toilet bowls were filthy brown. The place haven't been cleaned as we expected , the past tenant's dressers was still at the balcony. The floors were still dirty , and so as the oven! The dishwasher does not clean properly, and theres a foul smell when you open it. As a delivery driver this is the dirtiest apt complex I’ve ever seen. There is trash literally everywhere, on the roads, in the grass, and in and around every building.
So I was driving home from the north gate entrance my wheels suddenly slipped and thank god my car didn’t crash and I’m safe. I later saw there was motor oil spil which the leasing office management should have taken care of it by closing that road which they didn’t. And should have a put a sign visible to incoming cars which they didn’t. They are causing damage and harm to residents and other people and the management is responsible for it.
