I'm sad to have to report that despite hiring great crew members who did a great job on my foundation, I give Copper Fox an overall rating of 2 start due to the abysmal follow up and communication skills of its back office. My particular job required a number of revisions to the original quote and I the owner gave a generous discount when the job was priced. Good experience assessing situation, appropriate plan, helpful problem solving- cell service here is poor so it was consequential that truck came with equipment but not the planes, and they couldn't be resent easily- we worked it all out-
