Home purchased in November 2025 and since then they've had to repair plumbing that was causing a water leak + mold . Yesterday we seen the ac emergency line dripping and call an emergency ac company to check it out. The dam thing was installed incorrectly! The air handler is not properly positioned and is tilted away from the primary drain connection.The bedroom duct connection is located on top of the supply plenum near the blower motor, which limits airflow and contributes to inadequate cooling in that bedroom. Overall the experience was amazing for buying my first home. Tracy was very knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and was a joy to be around. He made the home buying experience easier and he seemed to really care, which is very important. Thanks again to Tracy and the whole team who helped out during the process.
From my own personal experience, I would never buy a Centex home again. The builder takes a ton of shortcuts new home buyers might overlook.. The biggest problem that Centex has is who ever they hire to do their stucco on the houses does a terrible job. I bought my house after it had only been built July 2022 and there are hundreds if not a thousand hairline stucco cracks. They had a representative over that gave me a bs story about the thickness of the cracks doesn’t warrant being fixed. What about the amount??? Seriously, ... read more
