From my own personal experience, I would never buy a Centex home again. The builder takes a ton of shortcuts new home buyers might overlook.. The biggest problem that Centex has is who ever they hire to do their stucco on the houses does a terrible job. I bought my house after it had only been built July 2022 and there are hundreds if not a thousand hairline stucco cracks. They had a representative over that gave me a bs story about the thickness of the cracks doesn’t warrant being fixed. What about the amount??? Seriously, ... read more

We just got our first house made by Centex. Beautiful home and great people to work with. I recommend it.
Love my house from centex , Amazing craftsmanship and house work over all and I will always have a beautiful home to wake up to everyday thanks to them !
