Optimistic view: They do not clearly communicate how things should move forward, what their expectations are, or what they think an offer should look like. Pessimistic view: They will string you along with promises, take their time putting things together, and then use you to drive up the price for another family on a lot they said had been saved for you. "We're running a business".

I would not recommend building with Copper Creek. Communication during construction was poor, and they often tried to brush off legitimate concerns (for example, unfinished cabinet wood was passed off as “normal”). Their cabinet contractor, KVO, does especially poor work—sharp edges, sloppy nail patching, and generally low quality craftsmanship. Would not recommend... We've owned our Copper Creek home for 9 months. We've had a roof leak that we have been waiting to be repaired for 3 months. Our garage door also bent in on its self and no longer functions, which they are refusing to cover under warranty. They admitted they've had problems with these garage doors in the past but apparently keep choosing to use sub standard materials. Not impressed

These homes are beautiful! I tend to spend a bit of time in the office/show home, since a friend of mine works there. The homes are well made and definitely worth going in for a look!

We purchased a spec home from Copper Creek that was built last October. It is well built, and we are happy with our purchase. No major issues so far. Annie is great and has helped us resolve little things here and there very quickly!
