We were so impressed with the fast response and urgency to help us get power restored. Gavin went above and beyond to deal with the problem so quickly and thoroughly. He handled everything expertly and coordinated with all involved to get us up and running. Will recommend him to family and friends, and use him anytime we have an electrical need. Company called to have the work inspected on an AC unit, scheduled for Monday. Took the day off from work, 4pm rolls around still no show. So I call Copper Creek and the receptionist said oh it looks like labor and industry never picked up the appointment. After telling her how unprofessional this is, I took time off work for this appointment and asked to speak with her supervisor.
