LOOK DOWN FOR OTHER REVIEWS THAT STATE THE SAME INCIDENTS!! The only positive thing is our maintenance staff, they are so nice and I trust them all in my unit. For one I have never had a maintenance request longer than a day, the turn around time is incredible! To top everything off Mark is an awesome maintenance worker. He is knowledgeable about many issues and very kind! This is one contributing reason for my renewal, this is a great place to live.
The staff is very friendly and the apartment was in really good condition. Also the amenities were way better then our previous apartment.
I had an issue with lack of hot water. And it was resolved.
