Excellent, Mark and his team are amazing, great customer service and communication would recommend copper coast refrigeration to any one without a single doubt
Mark and team went out of their way to help get our aircon running in our motorhome while we were travelling through the area. They fitted us into their already tight schedule while being a few people short. We really appreciated their time, expertise and fantastic customer service.
While travelling in our Motorhome the fridge stopped working on gas, which meant we could not stop anywhere but in a caravan park. I phoned MARK who suggesting that I get a qualified gas fitter to check the gas side, which I did. I then phoned MARK back and discussed what it could be and he set me on the correct path. Now the reason I am posting this is because MARK went out of his way to help even though he had 2 staff members off and he did not get to work on the fridge because of overloaded commitments.
